Returns & Replacements
"Return goods "
We are not a large corporate like WALMART... we are a small company with low profit margins : We can never accept a return if you simply "do not like" the item, please choose carefully.
You should : read reviews online, check videos and photos using google / youtube searches. Check everything you can about the device & ask us any questions - BEFORE you buy. If you are not satisfied with this, please do not buy anything from our site.
Order Cancellations
* Any order can be canceled at anytime BEFORE payment. In some cases it may be impossible to cancel an order once payment is complete. *(if payment has been made, 25% restocking fee will be due in ALL cases) It is important to clarify any points you maybe unsure of BEFORE you send funds. Any such cancellation refund will be processed at the expense of the customer, and will be refunded by our chosen method .

Warranty / Repair of goods.
Please check the warranty info for each product on our product pages.
Most items have warranty, some do not, ask us for info if not listed.
Usually we can assist in repair of goods out of warranty, but there maybe fees involved - contact us.
General Warranty Terms:
Non-International Warranty service: in all cases will require retuning the PC to us in Japan. The fee for sending it to Japan will need to be paid by the customer in all cases except DOA. In all cases where repair or service is covered by warranty the return shipping fee will be paid by us. In any case where warranty does not cover repairs, return shipping fee (and any serviec fee) must be paid by the customer before it's sent back.
International Warranty service: Please contact us if you require help with this service.
If you prefer the PC to be sent back to Japan : shipping fee to and from Japan must be paid by the customer in all cases.
Any repair fee must also be paid before the PC is returned to the customer.
Special note about Panasonic PC : if you require the PC to be serviced in Japan, you will need to return the PC with the original hardware installed exactly as we shipped to you (if you upgrade the SSD/HDD or the modem, you will need to return with the original hardware installed as we sent to you)Panasonic does not accept returns without ALL the original hardware installed.
