(we were not able to install Windows 7 Home Premium)

Q: is Microsoft Office included?
A: no, the office software is NOT included free.

Q: how can I install software?
A: use a USB DVD drive (plug in to USB port on the optional dock)
OR install via a shared network drive or internet
