Q: what's the difference P90 / P91 / P92?
A: please se below:
P90 = 1.86GHz max CPU, no WWAN option (originally Vista OS, Win 7 OK)
P91 = 2.0GHz max CPU, WWAN option (originally Vista OS, Win 7 OK)
P92 = 2.0GHz max CPU, WWAN or WiMAX option (originally Win 7 OS)
other than this there are no real differences between the models.
(we ship all with Win 7, so the original OS does not matter)

Q: can you get me a new P90 / P91 / P92?
A: No, only used PC are avaiable now.
new model Sony P will be shipping from end of May, check back if you want
the brand new  P.

Q: can you change the keybaord, SSD, RAM, WWAN, Colour ?
A: No, the spec can not be change in any way.

Q: is there a printed English manual?
A: No, but you can download one from our server.
(in some cases there may be no Japanese manual included)

Q: what are the options / specs of each PC?
A: the Spec examples :
Black = colour of the PC
2GHz = speed of the CPU
256GB = capacity of the SSD
W7 Pro = Windows OS installed (we always install English)
SVR JP key = Silver Japanese Keyboard
BLK JP key = Dark Japanese Keyboard
SVR EN key = Silver US English Keyboard
BLK EN key = Dark US English Keyboard
BT = Bluetooth
WCam = Web Cam
LAN = LAN + VGA dongle cable
WWAN = 3G modem (unlocked) + GPS
SBat = Standard Battery
LBat = Large Battery

Q: Is the retail box included ?
A: In some cases the box will not be included.

Q: how many of each PC can I order?
A: In most cases we only have one of each PC.

Q: How long is the warranty, is it international, can I get extended warranty ?
A: In all cases the warranty is 3 months only. The warranty is for Japan only, must be returned to our office for free warranty service.
(or you can send it to Sony in any country yourself, but must pay for service in all cases)

Q: can you send me more photos of the PC ?
A: No, sorry, these are the only photos we have right now.
